We are so confident in our quality of work that all of our Pipe Relining services come backed by a 50 year guarantee on work. If any part of the work we carried out is defective during the course of the 50 years following installation, we’ll repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.

What it covers

If any portion of the pipes that were relined by us present drainage issues in the 50 years following the completion of work, we will assess the problem and repair and replace it at no cost to you if it is the result of defective work by us.

What it doesn't cover

If you carry out additional work on the portions of pipe relined by us you may void your warranty. It does not cover areas of pipe that we did not reline. It does not cover damage caused by external factors such as accidentally drilling into or damaging the pipe during digging/earth works.

A certificate of warranty will be provided to you upon completion of the work which certifies the work completed.

I called them after having numerous relineing company’s out to our property due to a complicated job. Not only did they come up with a solution but they were more cost effective than all the others, explained the process and we’re very friendly.
They completed the job with no disturbance to our property and warranted there work for 35 years.

Their work was outstanding, from the planning stage with Josh and detailed schedule hand delivered to all residents, to the onsite work headed up by Jayden. Whilst carrying out the work, Jayden, Nathan, Nick and Michael were pleasant, accommodating, and courteous to everyone.
